Delivery Policy
We currently deliver within the UK only and use Royal Mail 48hr tracked and signed delivery service.
Prices for delivery can be found on our ORDERS & PRICE page.
Lead times:

General orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 4 working days

Commissions will usually be created within 6 to 7 weeks
Royal Mail tracking numbers will be provided once orders have been despatched.
If you require your order for a specific date, you must notify us of this on your order form to ensure we can can meet your requirement.
Return & Exchange Policy, additional Terms & Conditions
All artworks are created individually at the point of order.
All artworks are supplied in frames as detailed on our ORDERS & PRICE page, we do not offer unframed artworks.
As all orders are bespoke we do not offer a returns or exchange process.
However, should there be a problem with your order please contact us
Additional Terms & Conditions
Once an order has been placed and paid for, and unless otherwise agreed in writing; no changes, amendments or cancellations can be made to the order.
Due to the bespoke and individual nature of our artworks; we do not offer a deposit or part payment process.
Full payment for each order is required at the point of order in order for work to begin.
